Driven Auto Styling provides professional automotive styling services including, but not limited to:

All services are performed at our shop located at 2500 Wilmot St, Philadelphia, PA 19137. Our hours of operation are Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

3. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments requested through our website, chatbot, or other online channels are not confirmed until verified by a member of our team. We will contact you to confirm your appointment date, time, and service details.

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late arrivals may require rescheduling depending on our availability for the remainder of the day. Driven Auto Styling reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website, social media, or promotional materials are estimates only. Final pricing is determined upon physical inspection of the vehicle and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and the scope of work required.

Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Driven Auto Styling at the number provided. These messages may include:

Driven Auto Styling offers manufacturer warranties on applicable products, including 3M window films, ceramic coatings, and paint protection films. Warranty terms and duration vary by product and manufacturer.

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from accidents, collisions, improper care or maintenance, aftermarket modifications, or abuse. All warranty claims are handled in accordance with the respective manufacturer's guidelines and policies.

Driven Auto Styling will assist customers with the warranty claim process but is not the final arbiter of warranty coverage decisions made by the product manufacturer.

9. Limitation of Liability

Driven Auto Styling is not liable for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint defects, or mechanical issues. Customers are responsible for disclosing any known existing conditions prior to the start of service.

Driven Auto Styling is not responsible for personal belongings, valuables, or aftermarket accessories left in or on the vehicle during service. We recommend removing all personal items before dropping off your vehicle.

10. Vehicle Care Instructions

Upon completion of service, customers will receive aftercare instructions specific to the work performed. It is the customer's responsibility to follow these instructions to ensure the longevity and performance of the service.

Failure to follow the provided aftercare instructions may void warranty coverage and may result in diminished product performance. Driven Auto Styling is not responsible for issues arising from improper care.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, videos, and design elements, is the property of Driven Auto Styling and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content without written permission is prohibited.
